This is the first miniature I’ve painted from the Warhammer Age of Sigmar collection, but the fourth miniature I’ve painted overall.

I took inspiration from the official version and modified a few details to suit my taste (and for when I didn’t have the right paint). I also decided to shorten the top of the spear to prevent it from breaking again and to make the miniature more compact.

For the paint, I used:

• Retributor Armour Base for the gold armor
• Macragge Blue Base for the blue parts
• Corax White base for the white shield
• Abaddon Black base for the base and spear shaft
• Averland Sunset base for the outline of the shield
• Administratum Grey layer for the silver parts of the armor and the spear blade
• A mix of the previous two for the spear guard
• Agrax Earthshade to bring out the details once the miniature is painted
